With over 20 years of experience in construction and design Sarah Mansoori started her own firm in 2016 dedicated to providing owner’s representative and design services.

The company serves real estate developers and home owner’s who want to build or renovate hospitality, multi-family and residential projects.

Our role is to be the objective team player on behalf of the owner. We work to demystify the construction and design process and make each project as successful and cost effective without sacrificing design.

The firm’s resume of projects include many boutique and luxury hotels, bars and restaurants, as well as multi-family projects and homes both nationally and internationally.
